Service Hotline at 0800-024-111 was established to help foreigners adapt to the local living environment and promote the quality of their life in Taiwan. Assistance is offered in categories including information on visas, residency, work, education, taxes, health insurance and transportation, employment services, health care, personal safety, child rearing, transportation information, welfare services, legal information, translation services, family relations and other life information.
Service languages: Chinese, English, Japanese, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai and Cambodian.
Service hours:
- Chinese, English and Japanese: Available 24 hours a day, all year round.
- Vietnamese: Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (excluding national holidays)
- Indonesian, Thai and Cambodian: Monday to Friday 1:00 pm—5:00 pm(excluding national holidays)
